Since its establishment on November 1st, 1999, the 'Drishti' Institute has rapidly gained prominence in the realm of Civil Services Examinations. In just a few years, we have evolved into a premier institution in this domain. Along this journey, numerous students preparing for various competitive exams, apart from the Civil Services Examination, reached out to us consistently. They expressed a desire for us to extend our coverage to examinations beyond civil services.

In response to their demands, we expanded our focus to include Teaching Exams and started work towards publishing books for the UGC-NET exam. In 2017, we released our first book, ‘NTA/UGC NET/JRF Paper-1’ (In Hindi), which received an excellent response from readers. Encouraged by this, we went on to publish three more books (Hindi Literature, History, and Geography – all in Hindi) by 2020.

Following that, a noteworthy advancement in the English medium was achieved with the introduction of the book 'UGC NET Paper I: Teaching & Research Aptitude' in 2022. By the end of that year, the English medium version of the Paper-I Course was introduced. In the wake of this progress, ‘Paper-II: Political Science’ Book was also published. Besides Paper-I, courses in History, Political Science, and English Literature were additionally launched in the English Medium.

As of 2022, we established a specialized team exclusively dedicated to Teaching Exams. Subsequently, we commenced the publication of books and the introduction of courses specifically tailored for state-based teaching exams, in addition to UGC-NET. This initiative encompassed exams such as Uttar Pradesh TGT-PGT-GIC, BPSC Teacher Recruitment Exam, etc., all in Hindi. Notably, following our initial emphasis on UGC-NET and state-level examinations, starting December 1, 2023, we initiated a series of courses exclusively designed for CTET (In Hindi). Simultaneously, we have been releasing books focused on CTET since the conclusion of 2022.
